The annual Phuket Old Town Festival will kick off on Friday (February 15) with an opening ceremony and parade at 5pm through the historic Old Town of Phuket city.
This 3 day festival is a favourite of many Phuket residents, with plenty of food, art, handmade goods and entertainment on offer. If you’ve never been to the Old Town before, this a perfect opportunity to check it out. The roads will be turned into walking streets from 3pm until midnight, making it easy for you to explore the area.
The festival aims to promote the Old Town and to showcase and conserve the culture, so if you want to see more of Phuket than just the beautiful beaches, make sure you head to Phuket Town this weekend!
