[dropcap2]P[/dropcap2]atong Language School is pleased to announce that on August 27th 2009 approval was granted by Högskoleverket to allow students from Sweden to apply for study support grants from CSN.
[dropcap2]P[/dropcap2]atong Language School provided Thai lessons for Swedish students under CSN grants for many years until a sudden change in the regulations regarding quality approval in 2008. PLS and the Thai Office of Private Education worked hard over the last few months to prepare the school for a quality assurance audit. The audit was carried out in June 2009 and the result sent to Högskoleverket for their consideration.
[dropcap2]P[/dropcap2]atong Language School is delighted to report that Högskoleverket agreed with OPEC’s quality review of Patong Language School and has instructed CSN to allow grants for future applicants.
[dropcap2]P[/dropcap2]atong Language School looks forward to welcoming many Swedish students back to Phuket!
n.b. Patong Language School is the only private school in Thailand to pass the Ministry of Education Quality Assurance Audit.
