What part of Thailand are you from?
I’m from Songkhla which is in the southern region.
How long have you lived in Phuket?
11 years.
Why did you decide to teach Thai?
Because I love teaching and having the opportunity to speak English with my students every day. I also love living in Phuket.
How would you describe your teaching style?
My style is fun and friendly! I treat my students like friends and like to teach them Thai language that they can use daily.
What is the best thing about being a Thai language teacher?
I can teach my students about Thai culture and traditions, as well as Thai language.
What do you like to do on your holidays and days off?
I usually just like to relax at home with a drink and watch TV.
What is the best thing about living in Phuket?
Living close to nature and making many new friends.
What are your recommendations for the following:

- Thai food: Thai soup with bean curd
- Where to watch the sunset: Rawai Beach
- Market: Villa Chao-fa market
- Sightseeing: Phuket Town (especially the Old Town area)
